Social Media Specialist

A leading real estate company in Qatar is looking to hire a Social Media Specialist.

Job Description

  • Maintain the organization’s promotional and branding activities using various social media accounts.
  • Collaborate with the required professionals to generate up-to-date and captivating content on digital media.
  • Plan a comprehensive social media strategy for improving the outreach of the organization.
  • Evaluate the outcome of online campaigns through real-time metrics and relevant tools.
  • Indulge in continuous efforts to improve online reader engagement by thorough SEO analysis.
  • Scan and research relevant changes in the Google algorithm for modifying SEO and social media marketing.

Skills

  • Enthusiastic professional with a keen understanding of social media evaluation metrics using relevant online software and tools.
  • Skilled in handling content planning, ideation, creation, and delivery for platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Familiarity with recent digital marketing trends and the best SEO practices.
  • Proficient in creating original content as per the requirement of the company and target audience.
  • Excellent grasp of conventional and modern communication channels for conveying the desired message effectively.
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.

Trade finance related tasks: (SHM & Group Level)‎

  • Initiate, review & follow up on the LC openings /amendments with the bank & filing.
  • Initiate, review & follow up on the Bank Guarantees with the bank & Filing.
  • Initiate, review & follow up on Export Letter of Credits.
  • Follow up & collect LC documents from supplier on time (vehicle/Spare parts) and coordinate with clearance team/bank/Supplier if there is any issue related to the shipments.
  • Maintain LC acceptance records and related documents.
  • Maintain collected LC documents register & deliver them to the clearance team.
  • Manage Group level End to end-to-end trade finance operations & provide solutions according to the request.
  • Monitor Trade finance settlements on a daily basis. (LC settlements, LTR settlements)

Required Qualifications:‎

  • Preferably bachelor’s degree in marketing and PR or the equivalent.
  • Arabic Language is a must with excellent command of the English Language

Required Experience: ‎

  • Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience in similar fields.
